RETURNS: OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at info@vanessablakecosmetics.com, including your order number and we will send you instructions to process your return. If preferred, you may call 1-888-539-0002 xt.6  (8AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday and 9AM-6PM EST Saturday).
Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the time the return is received.

 

Please note that only products purchased from www.bespokebyvb.com will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time. VB palettes, and sets may not be returned. In the event of any perceived abuse(s) of this Satisfaction Guarantee, to be determined at the sole discretion of VB, a return may not be honored.

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

If you wish to return an item(s) from your online order, please fill out the “Return Section” of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-888-539-0002. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
